BRITISH DIPLOMAT MAGAZINE HIGHLIGHTS AZERBAIJAN`S ENERGY POLICY
Baku, June 3 (AzerTAc). UK`s Diplomat magazine has published an article on Azerbaijan`s energy policy, according to the Azerbaijani embassy in London.
The article, “An overall look at Azerbaijan`s energy policy”, describes the country as one of the oldest oil and gas producers.
The article underlines that Azerbaijan, with its rich hydropower resources, plays significant role in the European energy security, praising the contribution of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum projects.
The article also hails the Azerbaijani government`s policy of managing oil incomes, in particular the creation of the state oil fund.
