CHIBURDANIDZE CUP UNDERWAY IN TBILISI
Baku, May 31 (AzerTAc). The Maia Chiburdanidze Cup international women`s chess tournament is underway in Tbilisi. The tournament brings together 58 chess players. Azerbaijan is represented by 8 players.
The Slovene Anna Muzichuk tops the table with 5 points after four rounds. Azerbaijani players Zeyneb Mamedyarova, Nargiz Umudova garnered 3.5 pts while Gulnar Mamedova,Turkan Mamedjarova 2.5 pts and Khayala Isgenderova, Sabina Guliyeva, Ulviyya Feteliyeva, and Sabina Ibrahimova 2 points.
