AZERI EMBASSY IN MINSK MARKS REPUBLIC DAY
Baku, June 1 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Embassy to Belarus has arranged a celebrative event to mark the Republic Day.
Azerbaijan`s Ambassador in Minsk Ali Nagiyev and Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Andrey Yevdochenko made an opening remarks. They noted the relations between the two countries were well-developed in all fields.
Azeri diplomat told of history of establishment of Azerbaijan`s independence in 1918.
The event brought together representatives of the diplomatic corps, state structures and Azerbaijani Diaspora.
Belarus press widely covered the Republic Day.
