Former Malaysian premier slams Zionists attack on peace flotilla
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, June 1, IRNA – Former premier of Malaysia Mahathir Mohamad said Tuesday that killing of defenseless people is an ordinary issue for Zionist leaders.
He made the remarks commenting on Monday’s fatal attack of the Zionist regimes force on a flotilla of ships carrying humanitarian aid for the oppressed people of Gaza Strip.
At least 20 people were killed in the savage attack which triggered international anger. The ships were sailing under the Turkish flag.
Referring to the attack as a “crime,” the former premier said that Zionist leaders should be accountable for their crimes.
“Killing of ordinary people has become a habit of the Zionist regime,” Mahathir Mohamad said, regretting that the international bodies have so far failed to take an effective step against crimes committed by Israel./end
