Baku, May 31 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan’s military doctrine has been submitted to the Parliament. The doctrine describes Armenia as the aggressor.
According to Zahid Oruj, member at the parliament`s committee on security and defense, the document outlines the country`s priorities in the military sphere.
“These include national security, military threats in the region, facts of military aggression, speedy arming, Armenia`s aggression against Azerbaijan and its consequences, relevant tasks facing Azerbaijan, future strategy of army building, international military cooperation, military relations, and Azerbaijan`s bilateral international military agreements.”
“The doctrine also includes global crises, violent struggle for energy resources, separatism and other issues,” said Oruj.
