AZERBAIJAN, USA DISCUSS MILITARY COOPERATION
Baku, May 31 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Defence Minister Safar Abiyev has today met visiting US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander.
Abiyev stressed the importance of the United States` strengthening its activity as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.
He highlighted security issues in the region, in particular the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
They also discussed development priorities in the military cooperation between the two countries.
