FAMOUS AZERI PIANIST PERFORMS IN BERLIN
Berlin, May 31 (AzerTAc). Talented Azerbaijani pianist Israf Sarabski has given a concert at the Konzerthaus Berlin hall.
Sarabski, the winner of last year`s Montreux Jazz Festival, has performed works by Azeri classics, jazz and mugham pieces, and some of his own compositions.
The young pianist was accompanied by Vagif Aliyev on percussion instruments and Emil Hasanov on guitar.
Supported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the concert was co-organized by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Germany and European Azerbaijan Society.
The performance was watched by Azerbaijani ambassador Parviz Shahbazov, German secretaries of State, ministerial officials, members of the Bundestag and Azerbaijanis living in Germany.
