PALMALI TO BUY TWO AFRAMAX TANKERS FROM JAPANESE TSUNEISHI
Baku, May 30 (AzerTAc). The Palmali Group of Companies has signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan`s Tsuneishi Heavy Industries, one of the world`s leading medium sized shipbuilders, to purchase two Aframax tankers.
The first of the vessels, which have 107,400 tons deadweight, will be delivered to Palmali in July, while the second in September.
Palmali will use the tankers to carry oil and oil products from the Black and Mediterranean seas.
