Kyrgyzstan's new Constitution to be approved by referendum.

BISHKEK, May 28 (Itar-Tass) -- Kyrgyzstan's members of the
Constitution meeting have drafted a new Basic Law and asked the citizens
to take part in a referendum on it.
"We have drafted a bill of Kyrgyzstan's new Constitution and ask every
citizen to take part in the referendum on June 27, 2010 and to vote for
the better future of our country," an address of the Constitution meeting
wrote.
"Despite the complex situation in the country, the work on the future
Constitution was constructive and consolidated," the document said.
