Saada governor meets ICRC official

SAADA, May 26 (Saba)- Governor of Saada Taha
Hajer held a meeting on Wednesday with the head of international committee of the red cross officer (ICRC) Irafn Suliman and head of the Yemeni Red Crescent Society branch in Saada Abdul Qader Shwat.

The meeting focused on situation the internally displaced people IDPs in the camps
and health assistance required for coming period as well as medical services
presented
to the IDPs in the camps.
The governor also discussed with the ICRC official activities that would be carried
out by the international organization in the affected regions because of the
rebellion,
especially in fields of water, food and health.
The governor pointed out to the efforts of settling peace and security, saying that
the coming period would witness further development projects in the province.
He highlighted humanitarian role of the ICRC and Yemeni Red Crescent in the province.
