President suggests Qatar to host inter-Palestinian dialogue
SANA'A, July 14 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh called on Sunday Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, who is currently in Paris, and discussed with him developments in the region and exerted efforts in order to achieve interests and heal the Palestinian rift.
During the call, he suggested that Qatar hosts an inter-Palestinian dialogue similar to that of the Lebanese dialogue which was hosted in Qatar resulting in resolvingthe Lebanese crisis, electing a president and forming a national unity.
Saleh noted that success of the Palestinian dialogue reinforces unity of thePalestinians and serves peace process in the region.
