Russia calls on two Koreas to show restraint - FM.

MOSCOW, May 25 (Itar-Tass) - Russia has called on Pyongyang and Seoul
to show restraint and common sense, the Foreign Ministry's information
department told Itar-Tass on Tuesday commenting on the accident with South
Korea's warship Cheonan that sank in the Yellow Sea on March 26.
"We call on the two countries to show restraint and common sense," the
source said. "It is necessary to prevent tensions between North and South
Koreas from turning into the armed conflict."
South Korea's investigators blamed North Korea for the sinking of one
of its combat ships, killing 46 sailors. Pyongyang denied these
accusations.
Seoul submitted the investigation results to the UN Security Council
and seeked a new resolution against Pyongyang.
