AZERBAIJAN`S PROSECUTOR GENERAL MEETS EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF CIS COORDINATING COUNCIL OF PROSECUTORS-GENERAL
Baku, May 25 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov met executive secretary of CIS Coordinating Council of Prosecutors-general Valery Yerokhin.
Mr. Garalov told of reforms being implemented in the country`s judiciary, the events to protect human rights and freedoms, achievements in prosecutor bodies, use of the up-to-date information technologies and the upcoming tasks. He said the CIS Coordinating Council and Azerbaijan dynamically cooperate to combat against crime.
Mr. Yerokhin said the CIS Coordinating Council pays high importance to relations with Azerbaijan, as well as keens on further cooperation with Azerbaijan`s Public Prosecutor Office.
The guest familiarized himself with the museum of history and education center of the Prosecutor Office.
