Four companies win King Abdul Aziz Prize for Quality
RIYADH, July 13, SPA -- The Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC) won the King Abdul Aziz Prize for Quality in the field of large-scale service installation. Three other companies also won the prize including SAVOLA for Wrapping Systems and Jubail Petrochemicals Company (KEMYA) and Advanced Electronics Company shared a joint prizefor large scale production.
No company qualified for the prizes awarded to medium scaleproduction.
This was announced at a press conference by Abdullah Bin Ahmed Zeinal Alireza, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) and Chairman of the Higher Committee for the King Abdul Aziz Prize forQuality.
