President: Iran-Bolivia form unified stand

Tehran, May 24, IRNA -- President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday that Iran and Bolivia have formed a unified stand to deal with global conspiracies and are to vindicate the legitimate rights of their own nations.

President Ahmadinejad made the remarks in a meeting with the new Bolivian Ambassador to Tehran Jorge Miranda Luizaga.

The Islamic Republic of Iran and Bolivia have formed a unified stand and seek justice, equality, peace and friendship across the globe, he said.

President Ahmadinejad said that all human beings must be respected and enjoy justice.

"Imperialism is on the verge of collapse. Stern resistance of the independent states has brought the global arrogance and imperialism to annihilation and these independent states will attain triumph through continued resistance."

The two counties should enhance level of mutual, multilateral and international cooperation, said President Ahmadinejad.

The New Bolivian ambassador submitted his credentials to President Ahmadinejad and said Bolivia calls for expansion of cooperation and deepening relations between the two countries.

Bolivia believes in mutual respect and upholding dignity in ties between the two nations, he said./end
