Iran names new envoy to Kuwait
Tehran, May 24, IRNA – Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki appointed on Sunday Mohammad-Jalal Firouznia as Iran’s new ambassador to Kuwait.
According to the Information and Press Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Firouznia already served as director-general for Persian Gulf and Middle East region at the Foreign Ministry.
He also served as Iran’s ambassador to Yemen and Bahrain./end
