Nine injured on Sydney tour speedboat

Nine people cruising Sydney Harbour suffered suspected spinal injuries when their
high-speed tour boat was hit by a giant wave, paramedics say.
The passengers were injured as the boat motored through rough seas at The Heads on
Saturday afternoon on its return to Darling Harbour.
They were helped onto a Darling Harbour wharf and treated by paramedics just before
5pm (AEST), the Ambulance Service of NSW said.
One woman has a suspected fractured jaw, while all nine complained of neck and back
pain, an ambulance spokesman said.
They have been taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, St Vincent's Hospital and
Royal North Shore Hospital.
