Iran opens Expatriates Affairs Center

Tehran, May 23, IRNA – A center to take care of Iranian expatriates affairs started its work here on Saturday in the presence of head of Presidential Office.

According to the report of Presidential Office website, the round-the-clock center started its work with the motto of; “The right of all Iranians everywhere in the world should be pursued.”

Iranian expatriates can call at the telephone number 2777 with the country code of 98 and city code of 21 (Tehran) 24 hours a day.

Head of Presidential Office Esfandiar Rahim-Mashaei, in the opening ceremony of the center, said that the government with all its means, will defend nation's rights, including Iranian expatriates.

He added that Iranian expatriates can call the center and express their problems and viewpoints in different fields and pursue their case./end
