PRESENTATION OF ‘AZERBAIJAN STATE ART MUSEUM’ PHOTO ALBUM
Baku, May 20 (AzerTAc). Presentation of a complete photo catalogue of the Azerbaijan State Arts Museum was held at the Museum in Baku. The Azeri Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev addressing the event highly valued the publication of the catalogue on the eve of the 100th birthday of the late painter Rustam Mustafayev.
Among the participants were also Head of the Union of Artists Farhad Khalilov, Director of the Museum, Professor Chingiz Farzaliyev, rector of the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy Farkhad Badalbeyli, People`s Writer Chingiz Abdullayev.
Publication of the catalogue was supported by the Ministry of culture and tourism. Compiled by Chingiz Farzaliyev, the book contains photos and information about the engravings, sculptures, paintings, and applied arts housed by the Museum.
Throughout the presentation, videos about the Museum and new publication were shown.
The event has brought together a large number of outstanding public, artistic figures, scholars, foreign guests.
