Kyrgyzstan's interim govt may introduce transition president.

BISHKEK, May 19 (Itar-Tass) -- Kyrgyzstan's interim government may
introduce a post of president for the transition period on Wednesday, a
government source said.
The authors of the decree suggest having presidential election along
with the Constitution referendum on June 27. A transition period president
will remain in power till December 31, 2011, they said. The interim
government suggests Roza Otynbayeva as a candidate.
She will be "responsible for the honest parliamentary elections in
autumn" and "she will quit the party."
The participants in the government's meeting will also discuss
amendments to the Constitution, suggested by the Constitution committee.
