Yemen warns militant groups of holding holiday summer centers of
SANA'A, July 11 (Saba) - A Yemeni official warned of the danger of holding unofficial and illegal holiday summer centers of youth which might lead to create extremist ideas in the minds of youth bymilitant groups.
Undersecretary of Youth and Sports Ministry Muammar al-Eryani said on Friday that the Ministry would launch next Thursday more than 1000 holiday summer camps of youth which accommodate more than250000 Yemeni male and female students.
Al-Eryani said that the Ministry had prepared many cultural, educational, artistic and sports activities and programs for theholiday summer camps.
He asked for citizens and parents of the students to bring their sons to the official holiday summer camps of youth so that they make use of such activities provided in the educational, cultural andsports fields.
