Sana'a International Airport registered 20 HIV/AID cases in 2007
SANA'A, July 11 (Saba)- Director of Quarantine center at Sana'a International Airport Abdul-Salam Hanash said that the center registered twenty HIV/AIDS cases last year came from abroad.
In his statement to Saba, Hanash said that among these cases are six Yemenis and other from different nationalities, most of them are Pakistanis and Italians who have medical entering visa.
He urged to supply the center with equipment to allow the center doing its mission well.
According to the official statistics, around 2376 HIV/AIDS cases have been registered by the National Program of Combating AIDS in the country.
