FIFA OFFICIAL PRAISES AZERBAIJAN`S EFFORTS TO DEVELOP FOOTBALL
Baku, May 17 (AzerTAc). A member of the Committee for Women's Football at FIFA has praised what Azerbaijan`s had been doing to develop football in the country.
In an interview with FIFA`s website, Michele Cox, commented on her trip to Baku which bids to host the women`s Under-17 world championship.
“My trip to Baku was aimed at inspecting the situation there. FIFA is keen to organize the world championship in Baku.”
“The organization praises Azerbaijan`s efforts towards developing football the country,” Cox said.
