KING ABDULLAH II OF JORDAN RECEIVES OFFICIAL WELCOME IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, May 16 (AzerTAc). Visiting King Abdullah II of Jordan has been given an official welcome here on Sunday.
A ceremonial guard of honor was lined up at the square decorated with the national flags of both countries.
The King was welcomed here by Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev.
The two leaders inspected the guard of honor. National anthems of Azerbaijan and Jordan were performed.
Azerbaijani officials were introduced to King Abdullah II of Jordan, while members of the Jordan delegation to President Ilham Aliyev.
Both leaders then posed for photographs.
