EARTHQUAKE SHAKES TASIKMALAYA
Jakarta, July 11 (ANTARA) - An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale shook Tasikmalaya, East Java Province, on Friday at 1.51 pm local time.
The earthquake's epicenter was located at 9.37 degrees southern latitude and 107.61 degrees eastern longitude, around 236 km southwest of Tasikmalaya, at a depth of 11 km below sea level, according to information of the meteorological and geophysics office.
