SLOVENIAN AMBASSADOR PRESENTS DIPLOMATIC CREDENTIALS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to Mongolia Mrs Maria Adanya presented Wednesday a letter of credence to Mongolia's President Ts.Elbegdorj.
At the meeting held after this ceremony, the State Head congratulated Mrs Adanya for becoming the Ambassador to Mongolia and mentioned about a successful development of Mongolia-Slovenia relations and cooperation.
Having said that he had met with the Slovenian President Danilo Turk during measures of the 65th anniversary of the Victory in Great Patriotic War held Moscow, Russia, the President expressed a confidence that the bilateral relations and cooperation will widen during the office terms of Mrs Adanya here. The State Head said Mongolia wants to expand its cooperation with Slovenia in trade, economic and investment sectors in mutually-beneficial ways. He pointed out that Mongolia has an right to export its 7,200 kinds of products to European counties without tax with the "GSP+" term, and said it is possible to exploit this advantage together with Slovenia. The President added that the two countries have an opportunity to develop a cooperation in the sectors of education and culture as well.
In her turn, Mrs Adnaya expressed a gratitude to the President for receiving her credentials and said she will work intensively and with efforts to bring the bilateral friendly relations and cooperation into a higher level.
