UNIVERSITY OF VIENNA HOSTS SEMINAR ON AZERBAIJAN
Baku, May 12 (AzerTAc). The University of Vienna has hosted a seminar on “Energy security of Austria and Europe and its international aspects: the role of Azerbaijan and Caspian basin”.
Azerbaijan`s ambassador to Austria Fuad Ismayilov and representatives of OMV company delivered reports at the event.
Ismayilov spoke of the relationship between Azerbaijan and Austria. He said opening of Austria`s embassy in Baku in June this year will create significant opportunities for rapid development of bilateral cooperation.
He also touched upon the role of Azerbaijan in Europe`s energy security, diversification of oil and gas pipelines as well as future projects.
