Iran’s scientific progress, amazing: President
Tehran, May 11, IRNA -- President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Monday that scientific progress in the country has reached an amazing level thanks to high endeavor, wide-scale research and innovations made by Iranian university professors and students.
Addressing a ceremony to laud services of academics, President Ahmadinejad said Iranian youth have conquered peaks of progress by inventions, and initiatives.
He said that Iran is under mounting pressure due to its scientific progress and the hostility of the arrogant powers to Iran emanated from their dismay at the scientific achievements of the Iranian nation.
He said that concerning Iran’s nuclear program, the enemies do not take enrichment as important, rather they are angry with Iran proceeding with science swiftly contrary to their will.
