Iran's navy successfully completes bypassing ships’ checking operations
Jask, Hormuzgan Prov., May 8, IRNA – The Islamic Republic Army’s Navy commandos on Friday managed to complete operations to inspect the bypassing ships in the Sea of Oman and east of Hormuz Strait.
The forces in the second day of `Velayat 89' drills well managed the contraband operations to check by passing vessels so as to guarantee security of the blue lines and non-transportation of equipment for the hypothetical enemy and to avoid any drug trafficking and piracy.
Furthermore, today’s drills included relief and rescue operations in the Sea of Oman to raise preparedness level of the relief workers involved in the exercise./end
