Famous Italian soprano Francesca Patane to perform at the Hanoi Opera House
Hanoi (VNA) - Famous Italian soprano Francesca Patane will perform with Marco
Chingari at a concert at the Hanoi Opera House on May 10.
The concert will be held by the Italian Embassy and the Art Performing Centre of
Vietnam as part of celebration of the Thang Long-Hanoi Millennium Anniversary.
The two artists will perform works by R. Leoncavallo, G. Verdi and Rogers.
Francesca Patane was raised in a family of distinguished Italian musicians. Her
father was the famous Conductor Giuseppe Patanè, her grandfather, the famous
Conductor Franco Patane and her mother, the renowned vocal teacher Rita Patane.
Marco Chingari started his career under the baton of Maestro Gandolfi and since
then he performed in all the major theatres in Italy and abroad, specialising
in Verdi and belcanto-roles.-Enditem
