GENERAL PROSECUTOR HANDS IN HIS RESIGNATION REQUEST
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ General Prosecutor of Mongolia M.Altankhuyag handed in his resignation request Monday to the Presidential Office.
The reason of doing such a step is unclear so far.
According to a suggestion put by President of Mongolia, the General Prosecutor is appointed by parliament for six years term. Mr Altankhuyag has served as the General Prosecutor five years.
