AZERBAIJANI FM MEETS CHAIRMAN OF PAKISTAN SENATE`S FOREIGN RELATIONS COMMITTEE IN BAKU
Baku, 10 July,(AzerTAj)- Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met Wednesday with visiting Chairman of Pakistan Senate`s Foreign Relations Committee Mushahid Hussain Sayed and his accompanying delegation.
The Minister spoke of expanding cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan invarious spheres.
Mr. Hussain Sayed said his country attaches great importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan. “Pakistan`s voting for the UN General Assembly resolution on the situation in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan is an evidence to that â€, heemphasized.
As stated, there is great potential to enhance the two countries` economiccooperation.
The sides also discussed regional and global issues and other issues of mutualconcern.
