PM leaves for home after three day visit to Japan
Sappora, July 10 (PTI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left for home after a three-day visit to Japan during when he met world leaders including U.S. President George W. Bush Wednesday on the sidelines of the summit of the Group of Eightindustrialised countries(G-8).
Singh had a packed schedule on the final day and his bilateral meetings included parleys with Austrlian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and new Russian President Dimitri Medvedev He attended a breakfast session with leaders of G8 andthe five outreach countries (O-5).
Singh also spoke to French President Nicholas Sarkozy, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. PTI
