PRESIDENT RECEIVES JIA QINGLIN


Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Visiting the People's Republic of China (PRC) Mongolia's President Ts.Elbegdorj has met Jia Qinglin, a Chairman of the People's Political Consultative Conference.
At the beginning of the meeting, Jia Qinglin expressed an appreciation for successful meetings of Mongolia's President with China's leaders and expressed his confidence that the state visit of the Mongolian State Head will significantly contribute to the development of the bilateral relations.
In his turn, Mr Elbegdorj offered again condolences to China over a deadly earthquake that hit Qinghai province. He underlined that people of the two countries help each other in difficult times, and reported that Mongolia's government has decided to render an aid to the province.
Mentioning about the 60th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations which is celebrated this year, Mr Elbegdorj said he is confident that the two countries will have new opportunities to deepen their cooperation. "Good neighborhood and partnership ties between our countries have been widening in the educational, health and humanitarian spheres," Elbegdorj stressed. He said he is satisfied with intensifying of the political talks between the two countries and with a regularity of high level visits.
Mr Jia Qinglin thanked the Mongolian government for making the decision to render the assistance and said he appreciated opinions of the Mongolian President. He said their side has a willingness to intensify a cooperation with Mongolia in the mining and infrastructure sectors, to develop collaboration in implementing the biggest projects and to render infrastructural and financial assistance to Mongolia.
The sides agreed on their position to develop the bilateral collaboration by utilizing advantages of the two countries.
