12% foreign investment increase in Tehran Stock Exchange
TEHRAN, May 3 (MNA) -- Foreign investments in the Tehran Stock Exchange increased by 12.46 percent in the past Iranian calendar year (ended March 20) compared to the year before.
Foreign investors had some 371 billion rials (about $371 million) transactions in Tehran’s bourse in 1388 (March 21, 2009 to March 20, 2010).
One foreign investor received a permit from TSE to buy up to $0.5 million worth of stocks in the bourse.
