DUTCH PARLIAMENT`S SECRETARY GENERAL VIEWS NATIONAL MUSEUM OF AZERBAIJAN HISTORY
Baku, 10 July,(AzerTAj)- Secretary General of the House of Representatives of the States General of the Netherlands Jacqueline Biesheuvel-Vermeijden today has visited the National Museum of Azerbaijan History.
The guest was informed that the building built in 1895-1892 was the property of Azerbaijani millionaire, philanthropist Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev. Created in 1920 as museum, it has over 300,000 exhibits and was completely overhauled by a decree fromPresident Ilham Aliyev.
She familiarized herself with the photo stand and historical documents reflectingdifferent periods of Zeynalabdin Tagiyev’s life.
