PAKISTAN SENATE’S DELEGATION VISITS HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION
Baku, 10 July,(AzerTAj)- Chairman of Pakistan Senate`s Foreign Relations Committee Mushahid Hussain Sayed and his accompanying delegation today have visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The gusts familiarized themselves with the photos and documents reflecting different periods of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev`s life and activity. They were informed that main goal of the Foundation is to study and popularize Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socio-economic, cultural progress, and assist projects thatpopularize the history and culture of Azerbaijan.
They were updated that at the initiative of the President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, girls’school was constructed in Muzaffarabad city of Pakistan, on February 2008.
Mr. Sayed signed the guest book.
