FIRST LADY VISITS CANCER HOSPITAL IN BEIJING

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ First Lady Kh.Bolormaa visited Thursday a Beijing-located cancer hospital during the state visit of Mongolia's President Ts.Elbegdorj to China.
Mrs Bolormaa told the hospital's authority that she has initiated a national foundation “Hope” Mongolia-Free of Cancer ans spoke about its plans. "A number of cancer cases increases in Mongolia, even an age of cancer patients is getting younger which is greatly worrying me. Thus, the foundation will focus on preventing cancer and distributing information about it to people," Mrs Bolormaa said.
The Chinese doctors said that the number of Mongolians who come to their hospital for treatment is increasing and added that the national anti-cancer foundation established by the First Lady is a well-timed and very good initiative. "We always try to help the Mongolians who come to us. In China, cancer cases are also incresaing. Nonetheless, we are very confident that we will be able to effectively cooperate in combating cancer," the doctors said.
After the visit to the hospital, Mrs Bolormaa went to children's care center. This center has created all conditions for improving health and education of the disabled children.
