CHAIRMAN OF PAKISTAN SENATE`S FOREIGN RELATIONS COMMITTEE MEETS MEMBERS OF MILLI
Baku, July 8 (AzerTAj) - Chairman of Pakistan Senate`s Foreign Relations Committee Mushahid Hussain Sayed who is visiting Baku met Monday with members of the Milli Majlis Standing Commission on Social Policy.
Hadi Rajabli, Chairman of the Standing Commission spoke of national leader Heydar Aliyev`s policy towards resolving social problems that Azerbaijan faced after regaining independence.
He said his Commission studies international practice while preparing laws on social issues.
Mr. Hussain Sayed expressed his satisfaction with the activity of the MIlli Majlis.
He praised social reforms carried out in the country.
The sides also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
