AZERBAIJAN STATE OPERA AND BALLET THEATRE TO PERFORM IN MUNICH OPERA FESTIVAL
Baku, July 8 (AzerTAj)Azerbaijan Academic State Opera and Ballet Theatre will perform at the Munich Opera Festival to be held June 24-August 4 in Munich, Germany.
The festival will feature pieces by renowned composers, including the operas “La Traviataâ€, “Rigoletto†and “The Troubadour†by Giuseppe Verdi.
Famous vocalists and conductors from Europe, Latin America, USA, Japan and other countries will gather at the festival.
Along with foreign composers, German conductor Cornelia von Kerssenbrock and Azerbaijan’s conductor Javanshir Jafarov will improvise compositions by Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Gara Garayev and Fikret Amirov during the concert.
