Mottaki: Iran-Kazakhstan ties expanding in all fields

Tehran, April 21, IRNA – Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said that Iran-Kazakhstan ties are expanding in all fields.
According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department on Tuesday evening, Minister of Transportation and Communication Abelgazy Kusainov, who is the head of the Joint Cooperation Commission from Kazakhstan is in Tehran heading a delegation to attend the 11th meeting of the commission.
In a meeting with Kusainov, Mottaki said that Iran-Kazakhstan ties, with high supervision of both presidents, are in a strategic route and are expanding in all fields of energy, transportation, industry, trade and agriculture.
He underlined prompt execution of signed agreements between the two countries in the framework of the joint cooperation commission and added that both countries officials' intention to promote bilateral ties should be implemented.
Mottaki said that Iran has high potentials in transit affairs which can be noticeable in the fields of exporting energy and agricultural products for Kazakhstan.
Abelgazy Kusainov also underlined expansion of ties between the two countries and continuation of consultation for implementation of the commission agreements.
He said that operating regional railroad projects will facilitate trade and communication in the region./end
