DRAFT LAW SUBMITTED

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ B.Choijilsuren MP submitted Monday draft laws on "Income tax of entities", on "Income tax of person" and on "Value-added tax" to Parliament Speaker D.Demberel.
The draft have been drawn up with key aims to develop small- and middle-sized production and to exempt from the above taxes personalities and enterprisers that produce and sell production facilities and equipment within the country.
As Choijilsuren considers, such measures will significantly contribute to increasing number of small- and middle-sized producers, create an opportunity to manufacture products which are able replace the imported ones and to reduce the currency flow to abroad.
