G.ZANDANSHATAR TO VISIT DPRK

Ulaanbaatar,/MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs G.Zandanshatar will pay an official visit to the People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on April 20-22, 2010 at an invitation of Pak Ui-chun, the North Korea's Foreign Minister.
During the visit, the Mongolia's Foreign Minister will be received by Kim Yong-nam, a chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of North Korea; and Choi Tkhe Bok, a head of the Supreme People's Assembly. Moreover, G.Zandanshatar will hold negotiations with the North Korea's Foreign Minister, and will meet with Lee Ryung Nam, the Minister of External Relations.
The two sides intend to conclude a present situation of the bilateral relations, to hold talks on regularizing high level mutual visits and expanding ties in trade, economics, agriculture and cultural spheres, and to share views on regional security issues. In a scope of the goal to provide the foreign relations of Mongolia with economic contents, the Mongolian Minister will visit Rason special status city Rason in Kwanbuk region, and will get au fait with Rajin sea port.
The North Korea's side will receive five tons mutton and goat meat relief foods that is granted from the Mongolian government during the official visit of G.Zandanshatar.
The Foreign Minister will be accompanied by Z.Enkhbold, a head of the Standing committee on security and foreign policy; P.Ochirbat MP, a chairman of the Mongolia-DPRK parliamentary group; some parliamentarians and businessmen.
