VICE SPEAKER MEETS STATE DUMA OFFICIAL

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Vice Speaker and a chairman of the Mongolia-Russia parliamentary group N.Enkhbold met Tuesday with O.V.Morozov, first deputy chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation (RF) and a vice chairman of the "United Russia" group, while attending the 2nd Biotechnological Session of Asia-Europe being held Moscow, Russia. The dignitaries discussed the the two countries inter-parliamentary relations issues.
The Vice Speaker underlined a vital importance of the bilateral inter-parliamentary ties in improving efficiency of the cooperation in politics, economics and trade. Mr Enkhbold affirmed that the Chairman of the State Duma Mr B.V.Gryzlov has been invited to Mongolia.
The sides shared views on intensifying the ties between factions at the countries' parliaments and having reps of the Russia-Mongolia parliamentary group at the State Duma visit Mongolia.
In turn, Mr Morozov said he agrees with position of Mongolia's Vice Speaker regarding an importance of the inter-parliamentary relations. He promised to introduce the issues discussed to related officials and to realize these works. Furthermore, Mr Morozov emphasized a requirement of developing ties between political parties, and expressed his satisfaction with holding this meeting which contributed to activating a cooperation of parliament, groups and parties and to promoting of the bilateral cooperation.
Present at this meeting was D.Idevkhten, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the RF.
