Boao forum opens in China, Iran attends
Beijing, April 11, IRNA – Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) started annual Conference on Saturday in the coastal resort of Boao in south of China’s Hanian province in which Iran’s minister of economic affairs and finance has participated.
Almost 2,000 ministers, top representatives and experts from 32 countries including the Islamic Republic of Iran have taken part in the Conference.
The BFA 2010 Conference is focused on the theme of “Asia's Realistic Choice for Sustainable Growth”.
The participating delegates willl confer on the ways to face international economic crisis, promotion of economic development among Asian states and the need to foster cooperation with each other.
Iranian Economic Affairs and Finance Minister Shamseddin Hosseini at the head of an Iranian delegation arrived in Boao late Thursday to attend the Conference.
Hosseini left for Tehran Saturday afternoon./end
