Diplomats and representatives from international organisations in Vietnam to attend a charity golf tournament
Hanoi (VNA)- Nearly 200 diplomats and representatives from international
organisations in Vietnam will attend a charity golf tournament for Vietnamese
children at Hanoi’s Van Tri golf course on April 24.
The “Swing for the Kids” tournament sponsored by the Dau tu (Investment
Review) newspaper encourages kind-hearted donors to help disadvantaged children
across the country.
Over the past three years, the golf tournament has raised nearly 2 billion
VND (105,000 USD) in support of disadvantaged children. The funds have been
used to provide students with scholarships valued at 10 million VND (500
