Deputy FM calls for expansion of co-op with Cuba

Madrid, April 7, IRNA – Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Amir Mansour Borqeie in a meeting with Cuban Foreign Trade and Investment Deputy Minister Orlando Hernandez Guillen called for expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Guillen by referring to the existing economic problems in Cuba and expounding on its government programs to face the problems, underlined expansion of cooperation with Iran.

According to the report from Iran’s embassy in Havana, Borqeie also explained the country's achievements and progress in different fields and expressed readiness for expansion of cooperation with Cuba in the fields of industry, technology, agriculture, banking and tourism./end
