ANAA SINGER: MUCH WORK DONE IN AZERBAIJAN TO PROTECT RIGHTS OF CHILDREN

Baku, 04 July, (AzerTAj)“Much work has been done in Azerbaijan to protect rights of
children,” Hanaa Singer, UNICEF representative in Azerbaijan, who is completing her
mission in Azerbaijan, said in the event held at the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic.
Singer said refugees in Azerbaijan need great care. She praised President Ilham
Aliyev`s activity to ensure social security of children.
Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov named Hanaa Singer a friend of children for
her active involvement in a number of projects in the country.
Chairman of the Milli Majlis standing commission on social policy Hady Rajabili
hailed UNICEF`s activity in Azerbaijan. According to him, a world model to protect
children’s rights was applied in Azerbaijan with the support of UNICEF.
