STATE SECRETARY APPOINTED

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ In accordance with a decision made at the Wednesday's cabinet meeting, U.Byambasuren was appointed the State Secretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare and Labor.
U.Byambasuren was born 1972 in Ulaanbaatar city. He graduated the 33 secondary school of the city in 1990, the Institute of Foreign Languages in 1994 and the Bocconi University of Milan in 1998. He is a foreign language teacher and a manager of business management.
In 1994-1997, Byambasuren worked in "Mongol Daatgal" state-owned factory as an expert, a senior professional and a general manager; in 1999-2004--as senior and general manager of the "Mongol Daatgal" LLC; in 2005-2007--as an advisor to the Minister of Food and Agriculture. From the year 2007, Byambasuren had been working as a secretary of the Union of Democratic and Socialist Youths. He had been serving in the state service five years.
Another official, S.Batmonkh, was re-appointed a head of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) pursuant to the cabinet's decision.
