YEMENI-INDIAN JOINT COMMITTEE TO BE CONVENED IN SANA'A

SANA'A, March 23 (Saba) - The 7th round of the Yemeni-Indian joint
committee meetings is to be kicked off here on Tuesday in Sana'a.

Indian undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for East Affairs Latha
Reddy arrived in Sana'a to take part in the committee's meetings.

The Indian official said that the meeting would focus on boosting
bilateral relations in various fields, especially in fields of
economy, trade, technology and security.

She also assured his country's interests in increasing investment in
Yemen in oil, energy and information technology.

During receiving the Indian guest, Deputy Minister of Planning and
International Cooperation Hisham Sharaf said the meeting will deal
with training program, employment and soft loans.
